I explained how we achieved things with the Canon 5D Mark II that are supposedly impossible, such as green screen and perfect focus whilst both camera &amp; subject are moving. I also talked about lighting, editing with Adobe Premiere Pro CS5, using Adobe After Effects CS5 to comp live action and puppets, create night vision &amp; security camera effects. After demonstrating how Magic Bullet Colorista II was used to grade footage, I showed The Toadlickers on the festival&#8217;s 66\u201d plasmas, on which, from a technical perspective, it looked impressive, underlining the power of this technology.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights of the three day event included Friday&#8217;s keynote by my friend, <a title=\"Martyn Ware\" href=\"http:\/\/illustriouscompany.co.uk\/distinguishing-features\/martyn-ware\">Martyn Ware<\/a>, who talked about <a title=\"Heaven 17\" href=\"http:\/\/www.heaven17.com\/\">Heaven 17<\/a>, <a title=\"B.E.F.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.heaven17.com\/bef\/\">B.E.F.<\/a>,\u00a0<a title=\"The Illustrious Company\" href=\"http:\/\/illustriouscompany.co.uk\/\">The Illustrious Company<\/a> \u2013 the 3D sound design company he runs with <a title=\"Vince Clarke\" href=\"http:\/\/illustriouscompany.co.uk\/distinguishing-features\/vince-clarke\">Vince Clarke<\/a>, \u00a0and the multitude of other projects upon which he is working; Daniel Jones&#8217; and Peter Gregson&#8217;s &#8216;<a title=\"The Listening Machine\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thelisteningmachine.org\/\">The Listening Machine<\/a>&#8216; which sonifies Twitter feeds (and to which I could listen all day); Jason Singh, the Asian Tim Exile, who tore it up during his performance on Saturday night; and my friend <a title=\"Matt Black\" href=\"http:\/\/ninjatune.net\/artist\/coldcut\">Matt Black<\/a>, who gave a presentation about &#8216;<a title=\"Ninja Jamm\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ninjajamm.com\">Ninja Jamm<\/a>&#8216;
