Communicator Award 2014 Win!

I’m delighted to announce that Every Time I See You I Go Wild (the video I Directed & Produced for B.E.F featuring Kim Wilde) has just been selected by The Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts to receive a 2014 Communicator Award.

“The Communicator Awards are judged and overseen by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), a 600+ member organization of leading professionals from various disciplines of the visual arts dedicated to embracing progress and the evolving nature of traditional and interactive media. Current IAVA membership represents a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, advertising, and marketing firms including: AirType Studio, Condè Nast, Disney, Keller Crescent, Lockheed Martin, Monster.com, MTV, rabble+rouser, Time Inc., Tribal DDB, Yahoo!, and many others.”

The Meaning of LIFF

More film festival news! The ‘Every Time I See You I Go Wild’ promo that I directed & produced for B.E.F., featuring Kim Wilde, has just been selected by the 11th London Independent Film Festival (LIFF). It will be screened 6pm, Saturday 12th April, at Shortwave Cinema, as part of their music video & sci-fi evening. Tickets for this event (and for the rest of the festival, which runs from 10-24 April) are available now, via their web site.

SENE Film, Music & Arts Festival Select B.E.F. Kim Wilde Promo

Yet more news on the film festival front! As readers of this blog may remember, last year, the SENE Film Music & Arts Festival screened the ‘Every Time I See You I Go Wild’ B.E.F. Kim Wilde music video (that I Directed & Produced) at Rhode Island Comic Con. I guess they liked it, because the video has just been selected for their main festival.

SENE Film, Music & Arts Festival takes place 22-27 April, 2014, in Providence, Rhode Island. ‘Every Time I See You I Go Wild’ will be screened there on Wednesday, 23 April at 6:45 PM.

Rincon International Film Festival Select Kim Wilde B.E.F. Promo

Hot on the heels of the announcement that my ‘Every Time I See You I Go Wild’ B.E.F. Kim Wilde music video has been selected by the St. Albans International Film Festival, comes the news that it has just been selected by the Rincon International Film Festival (RIFF).

RIFF, “the most celebrated film festival in Puerto Rico,” takes place at the resort of Rincon, between 7th & 13th April and includes screenings on the beech front during the day and amongst the palm trees at night. Tempted to go is an understatement.

St Albans Film Festival Select Kim Wilde B.E.F. Video

I’m delighted to announce that the ‘Every Time I See You I Go Wild‘ music video I directed and produced for B.E.F. featuring Kim Wilde has just been officially selected as part of the St Albans Film Festival.

The festival takes place 1st-4th May this year, in St Albans. Rumours that special guests will include the ghost of Stanley Kubrik are unconfirmed.
